A J.R. Jones Project Manager is responsible for the scope of work, financial information, labor, timing, and safety of a project from pre-bid meetings to total completion. This work involves daily conversations with the Operations Manager, Project Foreman, CFO, Accounting Associate, and the project leads.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
-5-10 years experience in on-site management of projects, specifically roofing related and/or entire building envelope
-Proven experience in leading various crews in a variety of job related tasks
-Proven communication skills
-Proven knowledge of the construction industry and/or working with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and consultants
Sales Associate (REF# 00422)
A J.R. Jones Sales Associate is responsible for maintaing the current customer database, in addition to generating new clients through various sales approaches. The daily duties will involve communicating with the Sales and Marketing Director on current market trends and new target focus, customer satisfaction metrics, and sales innovation trend barriers.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field; MBA preferred
-7-10 years experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or related experience
-Proven experience in sales leadership and new client generation
-Proven experience in sales volume increases
-Proven communication skills
-Proven knowledge of construction industry and ability to develop target markets
Assistant Operations Manager (REF# 00424)
A J.R. Jones Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for providing daily assistance to the Operations Manager. This involves coordinating the daily duties of the various crews and job operations, assisting the Operations Manager in his reviews, maintaining the employee performance metric databases, and communicating with various on-site managers and foreman.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field
-2-3 years experience in on-site management of projects, specifically roofing related and/or entire building envelope
-Proven experience in leading various crews in a variety of job related tasks
-Proven communication skills
-Proven knowledge of the construction industry and/or working with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and consultants
IT Associate (REF# 00443)
A J.R. Jones IT Associate is responible for assisting in daily computer related situations, including but not limited to server maintenace, client database reviews, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
-5-7 years experience in on-site information technology, or related experience
-Proven experience in server maintenance, trouble shooting, etc.

Marketing Associate (REF# 00388)
A J.R. Jones Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with the current Marketing Strategy Campaign; this includes designing in-house marketing materials, brochures, web site maintenance, and client product generation. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field

Job Superintendant (REF# 00324)
A J.R. Jones Job Superintendant is responsible for the on-site job production. This involves coordinating the efforts of the various crews ensuring that the job is completed while maintaining the highest standards for workmanship, safety, and labor time. The Job Superintendant will have an extensive knowledge of roofing and building exterior systems and installations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field and/or related experience
-5 years experience in on site management of projects, specifically roofing related and/or entire building envelope
-Proven knowledge of roofing systems and various typs of installations
-Proven experience in leading various crews in a variety of job related tasks
-Proven communication skills
-Proven knowledge of the construction industry
Journeyman Roofer (REF# 00312)
A J.R. Jones Journeyman Roofer is responsible for on site installation of roof systems. This inculdes having basic knowledge of roofing and building exteriors, experience working with torches and/or asphalt, and experience working on various types of surfaces.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
-A basic education, training, and/or related experience in roof system installation
-2-3 years experience in installaing various roof systems
-Proven knowledge of roofing systems and various typs of installations
