Each employee of J.R. Jones Roofing is constantly trained on the essentials of safe workmanship.
This training teaches each person the practicalities and fundamentals of operating themselves, the tools, and the jobs in the safest possible manner.
Each employee has completed the minimum of the following safety requirements before they are allowed on job sites:
-OSHA/AGC Safety Courses
-NRCA/MRCA CERTA Torch Safety Course
-Fork Lift/Telescoping Forklift Safety Course
-Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Safety Course
-Weekly Progressive Tool Box Talks on SafetyHowever, our training reaches farther than the standard operations. Our training is designed to create new ideological mind sets inside each and every employee's inner thoughts, thereby creating an individual who in essence is ALWAYS thinking about safety; new creative ways to ensure maximum safety on every job.
We have various OSHA and NRCA certified safety instructors on staff, and in addition to weekly safety meetings, these instructors go on each job site to ensure our impeccable safety record will continue on.
